Our 6 Bedroom Villa is the epitome of quality and luxury vacationing that is truly lake-front.  Located in a quiet area of Douglas Lake you will enjoy this peaceful area that has adventure around every corner. Sleeping 12 people comfortably and accommodations for up to 16 guests this villa is perfect for the entire family. You can kick your feet up, build a fire, or go out and fish the lake known for it’s record size fish and home to the BassMaster’s tournament.

With panoramic views of Douglas Lake around every corner you can gaze out over the lake from almost every room of this villa. When you walk in, the first thing you will notice is the floor to ceiling windows that offer an absolutely stunning view of Douglas Lake’s main channel.

Smoky Mountain Villas offers free to guest, fishing poles and gear, coast guard certified life-jackets, kayaks, paddleboards, and fire wood to ensure you have everything you need to have a great vacation. With a boat dock, golf cart rental, and boat rental you can go out and enjoy the whole day on the lake or just around the property.

This vacation rental is secluded on our private 32 acres offering you the relaxation and vacationing you have been dreaming of. With quality finishings throughout the villa you are certain to enjoy the indoors as much as the outdoors. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom for privacy. This villa includes a full kitchen, laundry room, WIFI, Satellite TV, 40″ flatscreen HDTVs in the bedrooms, 60″ flatscreen HDTV in media area, foosball table, and more you are sure to have an easy time entertaining the entire family.
